The commitment to quality and continuous improvement has been a cornerstone of the company since inception. We have continually made enhancements to our proprietary clean air blow molding technology and still evaluate new filtration systems and materials of construction to insure that we are able to blow mold our containers with the purest blow air possible. Our typical blow air specification is 5 particles maximum per cubic foot, equal to or greater than 0.1 micron and 3 particles maximum per cubic foot, equal to or greater than 0.3 micron as measured with our PMS Laser Aerosol Particle Counter, Model LASAIR-II 110 and High Pressure Diffuser Model HPD-II 110.

This high quality air assures the low particulate quality of PurePak bottles which are specified at less than 25 particles per milliliter equal to or greater than 0.3 micron, less than 5 particles per milliliter equal to or greater than 0.5 and less than 1 particle per milliliter equal to or greater than 1.0 micron.

Another important aspect of the bottle cleanliness and overall quality is determined by the resin utilized. PurePak has on-going programs to evaluate emerging resins to make sure that we can continue to provide containers with the lowest levels of particulates and extractables in the presence of ultra high purity hazardous chemicals.

PurePak containers are produced in manufacturing facilities that are ISO 9001: 2015 certified. Each manufacturing facility follows numerous stringent production procedures which enable us to reproduce our container quality from plant to plant. While most of our container quality and development work is accomplished internally, we also have an extensive network of external laboratories which have proved beneficial in tackling difficult problems in development efforts on customer specific projects.

The extensive experience of the companies principals in servicing the semiconductor device manufacturing industry have enabled us to bring those quality processes and initiatives to the certified clean blow molding container business which sets us apart from competition.
